Job Description

With locations in Palmerston and Stratford Ontario, we are a Tier1 supplier of injection molded interior/exterior parts & assemblies to Toyota and Honda. Together we are committed to providing high quality products with a heavy focus on safety, respect and success for our Team Members.Student Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. By working in one of our production departments, there are endless learning opportunities to help prepare for an exciting and dynamic career in the Automotive Industry.Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wages of $15.00/hr
  • Shift Premiums +$0.40 (Afternoon Shift) & +$0.50 (Night shift)
  • Employee Appreciation Events and Celebrations throughout the year
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Produce Quality products
  • Meet hourly production quotas
  • Document daily production
  • Follow supervisors instructions to support production
