  • Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a range of clients dealing with complex life challenges
  • Support clients in taking an active role in the change process by working from a strength-based approach
  • Provide excellent clinical services and embrace the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning
  • Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health #39;s clinical models
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
  • Minimum five (5) years of post-masters clinical experience
  • Membership in good-standing with the Ontario College of Social Workersamp; Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
  • Previous experience incorporating SFT models to support a diverse range of folks with various presenting concerns, including mental health, addictions, work related stress, etc..
