Job Description

LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN THE TEAM! The Guest Service Agent’s (GSA) primary responsibility is to provide personalized, professional and friendly service that exceeds our guest’s expectations.We have a great team, good performance bonus structure, happy guests and are searching for people who share our commitment to exceptional service. This is a part time position to start and could grow to become a permanent, full time member of the team. This position will require days, swing shifts and weekends.There are three key areas of responsibility for this position:

  • Guest Services
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery to guests
    • Respond to guest requests and act as a concierge
    • Conflict resolution and service recovery
    • Ensure a safe, organized work space
  • Property Management System- RoomKey (RSI)
    • Make and manage reservations
    • Check guests in and out
    • Accept and process payments/refunds
    • Trouble-shooting
  • Act as Communication Hub for colleagues, partners and vendors
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Integrity, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Mature and polished personal presentation
  • Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, move heavy items
  • A sincere desire to provide the best possible service to our guests, clients and customers
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Computer literacy and experience in Property Management Systems, Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail.
  • Experience in a hospitality setting is ideal; experience in a related field would be considered.
