Job Description

The Fulfillment Technician participates in all fulfillment tasks including packaging, labeling all products, and preparing product for shipping and excise stamps etc. The technician will perform these duties as per SOP specifications while adhering to all company and Health Canada regulations and protocol.REPORTS TO:The Fulfillment Technician reports to the Fulfillment Lead/Fulfillment Associate.SHIFT DETAILS:7:00AM to 6:00PM (4 days a week, 10-hour shifts) Tuesday to Friday.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and mitigate contamination risks and events.
  • Perform all procedures packaging, packaging in first and secondary packaging, labelling all products, preparing finished products for shipping with excise stamps.
  • Ensure equipment and machinery is in order prior to use to meet or exceed safety requirements.
  • Assist with various other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensed Producer experience in a Packaging environment (preferred).
  • Experience with or knowledge of GPP and GMP work environments (preferred).
  • Candidate lives within 30-50km radius of facility (preferred).
  • Has own transportation, or a reliable carpool.
  • Perform and pass all company training requirements.
  • Can withstand prolonged periods of standing or sitting, in varying climactic conditions.
  • Can physically work/maneuver in tight spaces and from heights.
  • Can handle fragile and heavy (50lb) materials.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Gets along well in a team atmosphere.
  • Can work independently.
  • Can withstand high stress situations.
  • Adaptable to swift task changes.
MANDATORY
  • Must not have any criminal convictions or arrests involving drug-related offences (a criminal record check with the RCMP will be required prior to and at the CEO’s discretion to maintain the position).
