Job Description

Job Requirement:

  • University bachelor’s degree is required, if major related will be preferred
  • At least one-year administrative assistant experience required
  • Experience in Construction Industry will be preferred
  • English is required, other language will be an assets
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
  • Candidates with multi-cultural background would be preferred
Job Duties:
  • Conduct market research to assess business development potential and future trends
  • Prepare invoices, brochures publications, reports and related materials
  • Open regular mail and email communicate with clients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Order supplies and inventory check
  • Answer incoming telephone enquiries and transfer to related department
  • Computerized information filing systems
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Assisting other department in communicate with business partners
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly reports and other documents for manager
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $20.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
