We pride ourselves in our attention to customer service, and serving the best quality products. Our customer base includes many awesome regulars, as well as new customers whom we hope to impress with a great first Booster Juice experience.We are looking a team member who has 20-25 hours of availability and availability on at least one day on the weekend (Saturday, Sunday, or both). - Providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave (welcoming them, answering questions, giving suggestions).- Ensuring quality products (smoothies, fresh juices, specialty items, wraps and paninis) for customers by focusing on correct measurements/consistency for Booster Juices standards.- Accurately handling cash and POS transactions with our HALO system.- Confirming, preparing, and safely packing our third party delivery orders (Skip the Dishes, DoorDash) and mobile app orders with accuracy.- Maintaining store operations (following our daily/weekly cleaning and prepping checklists,) and following our stringent Covid protocol (frequent store sanitation, logging temperature, wearing a mask, etc).- Following health and safety operations to provide a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.- Stocking and prepping product for the store with attention to FIFO (first in, first out), checking for quality, limiting of waste, and organization.- Unpacking, stocking, and logging in grocery and head office deliveries.What We’re Looking For- Possess an outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.- A quick learner.- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently and solve problems.- High attention to detail.- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.- Multi-tasking skills.- Willingness to learn.- Team player attitude.- Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills.- Effective organizing and planning skills.- FOODSAFE certification is a plus / Must get foodsafe after accepting a position- 20-30 hours availability per week and must have availability on at least one weekend day.If this sounds like a position for you, we would love for you to apply!
