Job Description

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.ResponsibilitiesTrack expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of companyProvide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)Monitor accounts payable and receivableEnsure timely processing of payrollManaging all accounts receivables: tracking receivables, preparing ageing report for outstanding invoices, following up on invoice payments and collections to ensure all invoices are paid on timeManaging all accounts payables: Pay all accounts payables and other invoices in a timely mannerInvoicing: Generating Invoices from the system, ensuring invoices are issued to the customers in a timely mannerPreparing expenditure reports by gathering, compiling, and calculating information.Organize and maintain an orderly filing systemPurchase and monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessaryQualificationsBachelors degree in accounting or related field2+ years of experience in related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooksStrong organizational and analytical skills Detail orientedJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$27.00 per hourBenefits:
