Equivalent ExperienceHIRING - ENTRY-MID LEVEL CARPENTER HELPERS AND APPRENTICES FOR WOOD FRAME CONSTRUCTIONDescription:This company does all mixed use condos and is looking to bring on a Apprentice/Carpenters Helper.They will be working on an unoccupied mixed use construction site. They will work alongside carpenters and other skilled labourers. They will receive direction from the foreman each morning and should complete the tasks assigned to them, include assisting carpenters with framing stairs, framing walls and cleaning up around site.Qualifications:1. 1-3 years of wood frame construction experience2. Experience using hand tools, skill saw3. Tape measure, chalk line, hammer and square.4. Car - ability to get to site in South SurreyWork EnvironmentConstruction site - supervised ,mixed use construction. commercial on the bottom, residential on top.
