  • Positive, safety-conscious attitude
  • Good physical condition & able to lift up to 25 kg
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Able to work outdoors regardless of weather
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
Typical Duties
  • Measuring, cutting, and joining materials
  • Using a variety of power and hand tools
  • Assembling and erecting formwork and falsework for concrete
  • Fitting and installing various types of materials and hardware
  • Renovating and fixing structures
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawing, and sketches
  • Site preparation and layout
Rquirements:
  • Required safety certificates: CSTS 2020, Confined Space, Fall Protection, willing to train as required
  • CSA approved steel-toed boots
  • CSA approved hard hat
  • Means of transportation (good with transit or own vehicle)
  • Durable work attire
  • Formwork experience working with and building Doka and Peri formwork is an asset.
  • Required safety certificates: CSTS 2020, Confined Space, Fall Protection, willing to train as required
  • Mobile Elevated Work Platform ticket an asset, Aerial Boom lift or Scissor Lift
  • Current work schedule: 14 days on, 7 days off
  • Day and night shifts possible 10—12 hours per day
  • Pre-entry drug & alcohol urinalysis test required for this site*
