It will also maintain court files ensuring integrity of case data in the case tracking systems and provide case information to all users of the court system.Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (e.g. GED).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in keyboarding, data entry, word processing and standard computer applications.
  • Minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM) in keyboarding; OR
  • An equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training may be considered
Preference may be given to applicants with:
  • Experience with JUSTIN and/or CEIS and CCD.
  • Experience or education in a related legal environment.
  • Experience delivering customer service.
  • Experience in registry and in court activity programs.
