The successful candidate will be required to educate and support students during their work term, liaise with industry partners, and coach and assist students searching for a co-op work term for the following semester.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum required qualifications for teaching in the Co-operative Education Department include a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline - Master’s preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience at the post-secondary level, ideally in a co-operative education, or related Work Integrated Learning (WIL) position. Demonstrated experience in human resources, career coaching, career development, work search strategies are also preferred skills.
