We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join the E-Commerce, Fundraising, Group Savings, and Business Gifting teams for a Full time Seasonal Contract at our Support Office in Vancouver, BC! Purdys Chocolatier is most famous for our excellent service and high quality chocolate in our 80+ stores across Canada. We also support individuals or businesses through our special programs.Ecommerce customers can be shopping in Canada or anywhere around the world! Our Fundraising team helps organizations meet their fundraising goals, while the Group Savings and Business Gifting programs offer volume purchase options and gifting for a variety of different customers. In this role, you will be engaging with customers online and over the phone to deliver exceptional customer service. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing incredible customer service and is looking to expand their customer service experience.Your success will come from your ability to communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced, team environment. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This is a temporary contract estimated to go until Christmas. The working hours are around 8 AM to 5 PM with an hourly rate of $16.50.
