America Fujikura Limited (AFL) is seeking Data Entry Clerk for our Canadian Operations in the cities of Surrey, BC.As a Data Entry Clerk with our team you will be responsible for entering and validating timecards and orders to ensure accurate timecard submissions for all assigned team members, thus ensuring accurate pay for team members.HERE’S WHAT SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:Ensure timesheets for assigned team members and Manager approvals are submitted on time and if required, follow-up to ensure submission prior to deadlineEnsure document control and data correctionsManage missing entries and escalate to ensure completionVerify team members' job order entries in Internal (AFL) and External (client) systems to ensure alignmentValidate team members' completed tasks and complete accurate data entry into relevant spreadsheetsCorrect time entry issues prior to uploading into corporate financial systemAdvise team members and other relevant stakeholders of discrepancies and errors to ensure accurate troubleshootingMaintain and update master list of team members and Associated Managers to ensure up-to-date reporting linesComplete various reports when and if required including, but not limited to: Manager approval report, Missing report, Invoice report, Duplication ID report, Deployment schedule, Movement from hourly to unit pay reportAddress team members pay issues and re-open orders if required to process necessary correctionsManage daily emails and calls from team members and provide answers and support accordinglyProvide onboarding support and training for new hires within departmentQUALIFICATIONS1+ year experience with supporting multiple managers preferredSuperior customer service skillIntermediate knowledge of accountingExperience with Web tracker, Microsoft SL, and Field Line preferredIntermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelWORK SCHEDULE:Normal office environmentGeneral hours of Sunday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm - longer hours during month-end close requiredWHO IS AFLAmerica Fujikura Limited (publicly known as AFL) is a premiere service provider in the global telecommunications industry focusing on leading-edge network technology, quality, safety and superior customer satisfaction.
