We thrive on collaboration and teamwork and are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love design.Who we're searching for:We are immediately seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing and Graphics Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team and work on new and exciting projects for Product Branding, Creative Design, Digital and Interactive Marketing and Promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate must be a motivated team player with a keen eye for high fashion and design.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:Design, produce and distribute online/social media marketing content to existing and prospective dealersMaintain and update key digital platforms including website and social mediaProvide print/digital marketing collateral in support of sales management and product developmentDesign collateral marketing materials and promotional materialsCoordinate trade show and industry events along with planning and designWork effectively and collaboratively with other team members to ensure marketing and sales campaigns are optimizedCollaborate with influencers and interior designersPlan, design and arrange launch eventsCollaborate with the outside sales team with sales activities, leads, and opportunitiesCommunicate and follow up on all sales and customer service related inquiries of existing and prospective clientsManage, maintain, and update database of existing and prospective clientsProvide order entry and administration supportQUALIFICATIONS:Strong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking in client/project meetingsPost-secondary education / degreeSelf-managed and highly motivatedOrganized and Design-drivenMinimum 1 year+ of marketing experience is preferredStrong blend of creativity, design, and organization skillsPunctual and timelyPassion for design and aestheticsProficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email marketing software.WordPress expertise including plugins and 3rd party marketplaceIn-depth knowledge of the Google AdWords platformBENEFITS:Extended Health Care CoverageVision Care CoverageDisability InsuranceDental Care CoverageCritical Illness CoverageShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityLife InsuranceExpected Start Date: ASAP
