We Receive over 600 Leads Per month that gets distributed amongst 4 Sales Individuals . We are a family operated pre-owned automotive dealership that is looking for enthusiastic sales associates to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to prospective customers and new sales leads on the phone, email, and in person. This individual is dedicated to creating a positive customer experience that creates value for both the customer and the dealership. Responsibilities include assisting walk in clients along with responding to internet leads we receive. : $400 each unit sold with an additional $1000 incentive upon 15 units sold (Plus Additional Spiffs).Requirements:-Ability to be punctual and motivated-Sales experience (call center or direct-to-consumer retail or B2B)-Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service abilities-Good written and oral communicator with an emphasis on English. Additional languages welcome but English fluency is a must-Will be able to utilize internet actively (facebook, let go ,craigslist etc)-Self motivated - Build a sales funnel-Team player-Valid BC Drivers license Class 5 minimum-Vehicle Sales Authority of BC License ( We can assist in obtaining)Compensation:-Fantastic structure, paid on each unit sold.-Monthly: $400 each unit sold with an additional $1000 incentive upon 15 units soldPreference will be given to those with a qualified sales backgrounds, especially those who have a proven track record of success.
