Job Description

A Server’s or a counter attendant’s accountabilities include:Duties:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of and can explain our menu in a manner that exudes a passion for our food and drink programs
  • Executing food and drink orders promptly
  • Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
  • Greeting guests, and explaining the items placed on the counter.
  • Packaging sweets and desserts and showing great customer service.
  • Experience in handling espresso machines.
  • Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanour.
  • Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times.
  • Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of their station(s)
  • Demonstrates the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for any guest.

Experience:
