Job Description

Acme Visa Solutions Ltd is looking for a full time Application Processing agent - 1 positions with some months to a year of experience in processing of Immigration applications . The Fresh Candidates with good communication skills can also apply .Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for client data; record keeping and filing; data entry; and other activities involving general office and administrative skills.
  • Communicating with the clients on file status , gathering documents , entry into the CRM etc
Successful candidates should have the following attributes:
  • Demonstrated leadership, analysis & problem solving skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Demonstrated drive, initiative & flexibility to ensure task completion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent interpersonal skills with presenting professional appearance
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize multitasks, prioritize and work under pressure.
Experience:
  • Completion of High School
  • 1 Year of Experience in different Immigration Applications
