Job Description

We believe in giving you the opportunities to grow and be challenged in your role as a specialized Cleaner working in and around paint booths.Located on the Langley / Surrey border, our team is looking for someone to join us that has at least 1 year working in the janitorial or cleaning business. We would discuss your strengths and have an open conversation about what works best for you as an individual, and for us as a company.The vision for our company is such that we want you to learn and grow with us, while having time with your friends and family. This means that you will work most of the time close to home, travelling for work only 10% of the time. We will sponsor you in opportunities for training from our suppliers and other training.Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a paint manufacturing setting highly preferred
  • Able to stand, kneel, and bend for long periods of time. Lifting, carrying and pulling equipment of various size, shape, and weight
  • Able to climb ladders and stairs without difficulty.
  • Valid driving licence with clean driver’s abstract is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Cleaning activity/handling solid and hazardous (occasionally) waste in an automotive manufacturing facility.
  • Using solvents, high pressure washing up to 40,000 psi
  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
  • Perform other specialized paint booth cleaning jobs such as scraping paint off fan blades.
  • Confined space entry procedures for safe entry into confined space areas needing to be cleaned.
  • Inspection of waste storage areas and documentation as required.
