Summary/Overall Accountability: Responsible for overall job site deliverables. Couches, leads and directs the field technicians and installers. Ensures all project deliverables are met on time.Job Responsibilities: · Maintain a clean and safe work environment at the job site and in the shop· Ensure installations adhere to company systems and standard operating procedures.· Creates a document library with current SOP’s for all installation process’s· Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.· Quality control and on-site supervision for all installations.· On-site problem-solve, provide creative problem solving on-the-fly· Ensures project milestones are being made throughout the lifespan of the project· Fosters positive client and team relationships· Comfortably manage multiple projects effectively· Clearly communicates to field team timing and quality expectations and ensures these expectations are followed· Follows up daily on all projects· Can quickly recognize when field work is not being done to our standards of excellence and works quickly to rectify· Provides ongoing training, coaching and feedback to the field team· Manages warranty program· Creates work orders / deficiency list· Performs project sign off· Provides training for onsite measures (initial / final)· Participates in new hire hiring and training· Other duties as neededTraits and Requirements: · Customer service orientated· Reliable and Punctual· Min 5 years previous cabinet installation experience required· Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance· Self-starter with a hands-on approach, results-orientated and a problem solver who can handle multiple tasks· Detail-orientation, with strong verbal and written communication skills required· Professional attitude and excellent time management skills, with an ability to commit and meet objectives and responsibilities· Extremely comfortable communicating with customers over all communication channels (phone, email, web)· Computer-savvy and comfortable with new technology and software· Team-player and able to work with different personalities and job-responsibilities· Ability to think quickly on your feet and connect external questions with internal knowledge and resources· Valid BC Driver’s License with a satisfactory driver abstract· Previous project management / coordinator experience an assetJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $30.00-$35.00 per hourBenefits:
