Job Description

Boutique Real Estate Brokerage in South Surrey seeking a Managing Broker to join our Management team. You will recruit and train new agents to grow our real estate brokerage, Assist in overseeing operations to ensure company success. The ideal candidate is a real estate broker licensed professional who is an excellent communicator with a proven track record of building successful real estate teams. Rental Management License an asset.Managing Broker Responsibilities:

  • A role model and mentor for our agents
  • Training and assisting agents with their business plans and advice on innovative strategies and ways to attract new leads
  • Build a team culture for success
  • Develop and support new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards
  • Ensuring Agents are compliant with BCFSA, BCREA and the Real Estate board rules
  • Knowledge of Fintrac requirements and legislation
  • Keep up to date with regulatory and policy changes and ensure they are effectively implemented through training and internal collateral
  • Providing routine training sessions to Agents Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all provincial laws, MLS rules and compliance along with the transaction review process and Risk Management training.
  • Interviewing and recruiting new Agents to join the brokerage
  • Support new and Experienced real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards
  • Oversee real estate transactions, check deals, authorize payouts
  • Promoting a positive company image through the provision of superior service to our clients and employees.
  • Answering questions and assisting agents with their transactions
  • Computer literate and able to work with Paragon, Lonewolf, Authentisign
