Provide high-level administrative support for our corporation, ensuring that the corp is able to complete projects on schedule and with the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Timesheets & Payroll for employees.
  • Reply to Emails for clients & vendors.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic typing abilities
  • Phonecalls with clients & Vendors regards Invoicing & Estimates.
  • Reminding for Invoice & Estimates Due dates
  • Fill up data on white board for progress for Ongoing projects, Quotations & Others.
  • Create Progress report for projects.
  • Create Cost calculation sheets.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • General office tidiness.
  • Keep stock of office supplies, Documents and place orders when necessary for projects
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Leadership skills to take control of a situation and make quick decisions when necessary
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:

Flexible Language Requirement:
  • French not required
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
