Why we’ll love You:
  • You are an experienced change leader! You have experiences in preparing people for changes, including communication, learning support and coaching end users
  • You love communicating! You have excellent written and verbal communication and can use virtual collaboration tools
  • Self-starter and a keen collaborator
  • Experience with training development and delivery and knowledge about Acturis
  • 3+ years of experience in the Insurance brokerage industry is preferred
Once here, you’ll:
  • Support the development and delivery of change management activities, including assessments, stakeholder engagement and inventories, communications, learning delivery, and feedback gathering to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the Acturis Change Management Team and leverage templates and tools
  • Create and deliver communication to managers, employees, and power users
  • Facilitate feedback by creating and managing surveys, polls and interview
