Summary of Overall Accountability: Oversee the assembly team to effectively supervise the job flow processes to ensure excellent quality. Train and develop the skills, knowledge, and ability of new and existing installation team members on proper installation techniques, safety and compliance, business processes and other areas as designated are key areas of focus.Job Responsibilities: · Maintain a clean and safe work environment· Ensure assembly adhere to company systems and standard operating procedures· Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques· Problem solves, provide creative problem solving on-the-fly· Comfortably manage multiple projects effectively· Clearly communicates to field team timing and quality expectations and ensures these expectations are followed· Follows up daily on all projects· Can quickly recognize when field work is not being done to our standards of excellence and works quickly to rectify· Other duties as neededTraits and Requirements: · Reliable and Punctual· Min 5 years previous cabinet assembly experience required· Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance· Self-starter with a hands-on approach, results-orientated and a problem solver who can handle multiple tasks· Detail-orientation, with strong verbal and written communication skills required· Professional attitude and excellent time management skills, with an ability to commit and meet objectives and responsibilities· Extremely comfortable communicating with customers over all communication channels (phone, email, web, text)· Team-player and able to work with different personalities and job-responsibilitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
