Job Description

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR, PACIFIC QUORUMPacific Quorum is a BC-based property management company with vision. Currently, this position is also available in the following locations:- Surrey/SquamishPROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR - CORE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Property Administrator will be responsible for assisting Property Managers (strata and/or rental) with day to day administrative functions for a manageable portfolio of properties, as follows:

  • Document preparation, editing, formatting
  • Day to day administrative functions to support property managers
  • Create correspondence/memos
  • Formatting/Editing meeting minutes
  • Annual and Special General Meeting notices
  • Posting to online website portals
  • Calendar management
QUALIFICATIONSWe are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (primarily Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Reliable
  • Punctual
  • Computer skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to solve problems, and work well independently, under direction
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multitask, and work under time constraints
  • Experience with Yardi, Buildium and/or Condo Manager is a bonus!
