Job Description

We are hiring a Client Engagement Specialist to work remotely in a high-energy, performance-driven environment. This is a commission-only position well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and client success. You will be the first point of contact for many prospective customers, and your role is to engage, educate, and convert interest into action.This is a remote position with flexible hours and uncapped commission opportunities.   • Reach out to prospects and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Clearly explain product features and benefits to support the client decision-making process.
  • Foster trust and rapport with clients through effective communication and service.
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process, from initial contact to final conversion.
  • Log all client interactions and keep detailed, accurate records of sales activities.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve client engagement strategies.
  • Actively pursue sales targets and strive to exceed expectations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Prior experience in client services, telesales, or virtual assistance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using online communication tools and basic CRM systems.
  • Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.
