Position TypeAppointment Coordinator*Opportunity Overview*Continuing our steady growth across western Canada, we are looking for a full time Appointment Coordinator for our North Surrey GM dealership.At Go Auto it is our owner’s priority is to build careers.   • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Organized and effective time management and scheduling capabilities
  • Able to book and confirm service appointments
  • Answer service department phones and directing calls to appropriate team members
  • Call customers for oil change and general maintenance reminders
  • Able to assist service advisors
  • Accurately able to use cash/debit machines
  • Administration work
  • Available Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm shift (plus OT if required)
