Job Description

Garaventa Lift is currently seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiver Helper for our Surrey, BC operation. The ideal candidate will have a forklift license and previous experience loading/unloading trailers and containers.Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Loading and unloading trailers and containers
  • Packaging and preparing pallets of finished goods
  • Ensure even load distribution
  • Operate forklift when required
  • Receive and count incoming items
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in loading/unloading trailers and containers and asset
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably and frequently
  • Valid forklift license
  • Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office tools
