Responsibilities:

• Follow 5S and Safety guidelines
• Constantly meet all productivity and deadline goals and ensure that the area is always kept clean and free of hazards.
• Perform quality inspections at each stage to ensure product is built per customer specifications and industry standards.
• Use automatic solder paste stencil machine, load components into placement machine.
• Verify PCB identification, program name, conveyor width, solder paste, mistake proofing
• Performs operation, setup, product changeover, Reflow oven operations, Change feeders, splice reels and scan part.
• Routine light duty maintenance
• Other responsibilities determined by the manager.

Main skills required:

• Must have minimum 1-year working experience with SMT machines
• Must be quality conscious and possess ability to meet production and quality standards
• Ability to add and subtract whole numbers, fractions and decimals using direct reading, gauges, rulers and scales
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and written work instructions
• Basic computer and math knowledge.
• Computer skills and the ability to use applications like Microsoft Word are necessary for this position.
