  • Leading and motivating your team
  • Ownership of the flow of stock
  • Ownership of the Inventory Process
  • Delivering great Customer Service
  • Encouraging the team to hit their KPIs
  • Ensuring great company standards
  • Visual merchandising
  • Being a Brand Ambassador!
