Job Description

Pharmaris Canada Inc. Warehouse SupervisorSurrey, B.C ABOUTPharmaris Canada Inc. an emerging Pharmaceutical and Natural Health Product market authorisation holder in Canadian Market which distributes, promotes and sells its products in Canada across channels.Purpose of the job: The person will be responsible for the warehouse operations from shipping/receiving, loading/unloading and compliance to the standard operating procedures.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining warehouse inventory, its whereabouts, and condition, ensuring equipment is returned in full and in good condition.
  • Maintenance of logs for Receiving, shipping, return, complaints, ADRs, change controls, Batch release, retention, deviations etc. in relevant forms.
  • Maintenance of training records.
  • Revision of Standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ensuring that all the standard operating procedure are followed properly at site.
  • Performing the record management as per respective SOP’s.
  • Regular monitoring of environmental conditions in the warehouse.
  • Receive and sort materials arriving at the warehouse.
  • Pack, unpack, transport and distribute the materials and goods.
  • Stocking and organizing inventory, loading and unloading containers, sorting, packing and unpacking, general labour maintaining the housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse manually or using certain equipment.
  • The position requires heaving lifting 20-40 lbs
  • Being responsible for safe and consistent operation of all equipment
  • Recommending measures to improve methods and processes, work performance, and quality control.
  • Coordination and collaboration with different stakeholders with respect to Monthly sales report.
  • Performing the other duties as assigned by Compliance manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Completion of secondary school or relevant diploma.
  • First aid preferred but not required
  • Previous warehouse/operations experience (or similar) preferred but not required
  • Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines or targets
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Efficient worker, Communicator, Problem solver and creative thinker
  • Excellent time management, initiative and organizational skills
