Job Description

GROUNDS LABOURERJ.D. Irving, Limited is currently seeking a Grounds Labourer to join the Southern NB Woodlands team in Sussex, NB.As a Grounds Labourer you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out various landscaping duties.
  • Assistance with cleaning activities around the site.
  • Carrying out various maintenance duties.
  • Assistance picking up and delivering supplies.
  • Ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and mowing lawns.
  • Minimum High School GED required.
  • Experience in a similar laborer or maintenance based role considered an asset.
  • Motivated to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Committed to top performance in a safe work environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
