SDI is Hiring Brand Ambassadors for the Rogers Atlantic Balloon FiestaWhat are we trying to achieveAs a Brand Ambassador for Rogers local community engagement program you will be the wizard responsible for bringing the magic of our experience-based campaigns to life! Your objective is to help our client and partner Rogers reach their goal for the “Act Local” program where they want to invest in communities and show people across Canada that they care about and want to integrate well into already thriving communities. We are assisting in this goal through our magical and out of the box true SDI manner. •How will we achieve thisOur plan is to facilitate a fun day where Rogers is integrated and helping distribute incredible local vendors’ fudge at the incredible fun and expansive Atlantic Balloon Fiesta, where a ton of hot air balloons fly twice daily, outdoor bandstand, huge indoor market, amusement rides, vendors and so much more! We will provide a Rogers treat trailer and have distribute the fudge and also provide free wifi at the fiesta for attendees and opportunities for people to sign up to our communications.Who are we SDI Marketing: Leading Canadian Marketing CompanySDI Marketing is a marketing agency that has been helping individuals meet, experience, and fall in love with brands since 1988. From a history of passion and commitment to excellence to a future through creativity and innovation, we are fortunate to be the preferred activation partner of many iconic brands across the world.How you fit in and your role:Position: Brand AmbassadorDate: September 10th, 2022Pay Rate: $20/ hourHours: Exact shift time to be confirmed, but 4-6 hour shiftLocation: 50 Perry St, Sussex, NB E4E 2N7 (Golden Jubilee Hall) Sussex, NB - exact meeting location to be confirmedYou will be responsible for bringing a Rogers brand presence but as a brand we’re here to support local vendors at the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta by handing out local treats from New Brunswick’s favourite fudge factory, Cobblers Lane Fudge, and assisting crowds in signing up to Rogers communications and helping users connect to the free Rogers Wi-Fi. The goal is to have an incredible, warm, sociable representative like you at the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta to give attendees fun and personal moments with you while also representing Rogers. : )Requirements for the position

• Must possess our attitude of “give-a-shitness” about people, client goals and your team
• Enthusiastic, sociable, high-energy and comfortable engaging new people
• If you’re interested in or savy in technology this is a strong asset • but not required
• Past experience in event staff/client facing, or promotional roles is an asset
• Must be good at working in teams and adapting to new situations quickly
• Reliable, punctual and communicative about your needs, limits, any conflicts
• It is the Event Staff’s responsibility to get themselves to and from set locations (unless indicated otherwise)
