Sales Manager - Etobicoke, ONIKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function.Position: Sales / Account Manager - Food.Location: Etobicoke, ON.Salary: $60,000 base salary + Commission.Industry: Manufacturing / Food / Sales / CPG.Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent.Schedule: Day shift and On- Site.Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the company #39;s sales activities, encompassing grocery, independent stores, the natural channel, and associated sales representatives and brokers.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and VP to craft a comprehensive business plan and sales related matters.
  • Sustain and expand current sales, with a focus on persistent follow-ups and comprehensive information sharing with potential buyers in Canada.
  • Utilize consumer and market data to formulate effective sales and merchandising strategies.
  • Establish an annual customer plan designed to achieve yearly volume and profit objectives in collaboration with selected retailers.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field.
  • 3 years #39; experience in sales coordination within Retail Food Sector in USA or Canada.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing essential software programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian and US market segments.
  • Previous experience in managing a sales team and has proven track record of success in a retail food environment.
  • Valid driver #39;s license and able to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
