Fixed Asset Coordinator - INF003584Employment Type: Expression of Interest for SGEU Term less than 9 monthsLocation(s): SK-Stoon-Saskatoon SK-Central East-Yorkton, SK-South West-Swift Current, SK-Rgna-Regina, SK-North Central-Prince Albert, SK-South East-Weyburn, SK-South Central-Moose JawMinistry: 016 HighwaysSalary Range: $26.038-$32.630 HourlyGrade: SGEU.07.Ministry of Highways Provincial Fleet Services branch is seeking a well organized and motivated individual for the position of Fixed Asset Coordinator for a 4-month term. In this position you will be required to work under the general direction of the Fleet Asset Management Engineer. As the successful candidate you will be responsible to provide customer service to Provincial Fleet Services and its clients in the areas of fixed asset management including, but not limited to, fuel card administration & audit, as well as licensing and permit issuance and tracking.Specifically, the Fixed Asset Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • management and maintenance of in-house databases related to the Ministry of Highways asset inventory;
  • administration and audit contact for the Ministrys fuel card program;
  • Ministry liaison with Central Vehicle Agency (CVA)
  • monitor, track, and coordinate all licensing & permits related to fixed asset inventory;
  • providing overall support for the advancement of sound asset inventory management and practices;
  • participate in committees whose purpose is to improve information systems as they relate to internal and external clients;
  • providing support for the monthly and annual financial and statistical reporting including month-end business process requirements for Provincial Fleet Services.
