A normal day would have you working with our customers to meet their needs and exceed their service expectations. This would involve advising customers of required service/maintenance and scheduling appointments, promoting and selling accessories to be installed by our technicians, opening and closing repair orders, and communicating with customers and updating them on the status of their repair order. You will work closely with our Service/Operations Manager’s and Service Expeditor. Being handy with a laptop, organized, a team player, and excellent communicator will be a definite asset for the position.New-Comers WelcomeWe provide initial (and ongoing) training and coaching, plus structured learning and training through manufacturer and company provided courses and training modules. You will also work alongside our experienced group of Powersports/Marine Technicians, and report to our Service Manager and Senior Service Advisor.
