Job Description

Employer Overview: Total Energy Services Inc. is a diversified energy services supplier to the Canadian and international marketplace. Through our distinct business lines we can provide equipment and expertise for your drilling, completion, production, transportation, oil and gas process equipment and natural gas compression needs.Total Oilfield Rentals, Inc is now hiring for a Well Site Trailer Technician for our rental/trucking division located in Kindersley/Swift Current, AB.Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):

  • Technical capability, specifically with furnace, plumbing, satellite television and carpentry;
  • Knowledge of Heating and Cooling systems (certified for repair of either is considered an asset)
  • Plumbing, electrical repair, Satellite trouble shooting and set up/installation of auto and manual dishes.
  • Driving a 1-ton pickup in off road conditions;
  • Have a commitment to safe work practices
  • Are able to pass a pre-employment as well as ongoing pre-access testing as required
  • Are career-oriented and customer-focused
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Technical capability;
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently as well as with other individuals, groups and other organizations to carry out goals;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to adjust priorities;
  • Ability to travel, and occasionally be away overnight and longer than a normal work day;
  • Must be available for varying shifts;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record;
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and personal appearance.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
