Van Driver - ChaufferAt Parkland, we all share a common primary objective which is to address the individual needs of every resident. We must also work together to maintain a safe, healthy and home-like setting for all residents and fellow employees.Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Van Driver will assist in establishing, maintaining and evaluating a transportation schedule for the clients.Responsibilities include:Assisting in scheduling, planning, implementing and evaluating client transportation needsProvide transportation services through planned schedulingTo clients respecting the client’s right to individualized servicesTransporting clients to external events and outings as scheduledRequirements:Grade 12 or equivalentPrevious experience in working with the elderly in long-term care or a seniors independent living environment an assetAlzheimer’s Care course an assetClean driving record with a Chauffer’s license preferredCurrent Standard First Aid & CPR CertificationQuick Apply
