Job Description

CBU invites applications for the Client Technology Services Specialist. This is a full-time limited term position.The successful candidate will be part of a team maintaining CBU’s information systems and infrastructure through a combination of on-premise and cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will also serve the University community (students, faculty and staff) with Tier I/II support on the configuration, use and troubleshooting of CBU supported applications, end user computing devices and peripherals and services. This includes information management, IT infrastructure, telephony solutions, device and asset management, technology support of educational technologies, user accounts, network access smart cards, and the IT service desk.Applications must be received by February 21, 2023The union affiliation of this position is with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 3131.
