The Department of Financial & Information Management in the Shannon School of Business at CBU invites applications for a Lecturer in Operations Research and Management Science. This is a 12 Month Limited Term with the possibility of an extension position, commencing in January 2023.CBU delivers an authentic multicultural experience to all who become part of its community. Strong community involvement and a spirit of entrepreneurship enhance CBU’s position in post-secondary education.The School delivers an array of popular programs including two undergraduate programs, four Post-Baccalaureate Diploma programs, and an MBA in Community Economic Development.CBU is seeking collaborative candidates with demonstrated evidence of effective teaching in Operations Research and Management Science. Courses to be taught include quantitative methods, statistics, and operations management.The successful candidate will show evidence of effective teaching in operations research, statistics, quantitative methods, and management sciences.Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Management Science, Operations Research, or a related field and relevant experience.CBU teaches programs on campus, off campus in locations across and outside of Canada, and on-line. The university and its partners will therefore provide opportunities for faculty members to teach in different modes in different locations as part of their regular workload.
