This exciting role is an opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting senior leaders in achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of office administration and human resources skills, along with the ability to think critically, be resourceful, and contribute to the growth of our organization.In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will also assist with the execution of human resources tasks, such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow is essential in this role, as is developing and implementing office procedures and processes to improve overall efficiency. As a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide prompt and courteous assistance while supporting the growth and development of the organization by identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration and human resources. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. You should be a resourceful and critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for building and contributing to the growth of the organization.
