About the OpportunityProduction Leads are responsible for monitoring all Production related activity on their assigned shift, within their assigned scope - their primary goal is looking after their people (Production Operators). Protocase’s production facility features a number of stations, each requiring different tasks and skill sets. Our production stations include:

• Laser-cutting
• CNC Machining
• Bending/Brake Press
• Sanding
• Fasteners and Hardware
• Chem-film Conversion
• Welding
• Paint Prep & Powder coat Painting
• Digital Printing
• Silk-screening
• Assembly & Packaging

• Proactive in solving issues to serve customers, company, and employees.
• Develop and drive our ethical guidelines regarding trust, respect, openness and honesty.
• Coach and personally support employees in order to maximize Productivity, Quality and Organizational Health.
• Lead by a high standard of personal conduct.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with peers.
• Demonstrate selflessness, strong work ethic, drive and reliability.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:The following duties and responsibilities of Production Leads will include but not be limited to the following...

• Providing your team members with a sense of leadership and support, in order to maximize their success
• Ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Preparing production reports on a regular basis
• Communicate issues effectively
• Team building/fostering relationships
• Complete Checklists
• Administrative work
• Clearing roadblocks for operators
• On occasion, operating machinery

• Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

About the BenefitsIn exchange for your hard work and attention to following procedures diligently, you will have the potential to earn a complete annual compensation package starting between $42,000.00 to $55,000.00, dependent upon experience.You will also enjoy the following benefits:
