Your Impact and Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you #39;ll be at the helm of their projects, steering them from inception to triumphant completion. Your role extends beyond construction though; it #39;s about building lasting connections with clients, fostering a sense of community, and actively nurturing opportunities for growth. Qualifications and What We #39;re Seeking To thrive in this role, you need a background in a related field and a minimum of five years of experience managing commercial/industrial construction projects exceeding $500k. You must be skilled at deciphering engineering drawings, construction specifications, and legal documents, and have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Jonas, and Microsoft Project. While not mandatory, holding a P. Eng./CET designation or having two years of hands-on construction experience would be valuable assets.
