About usSydney Tools and Equipment Rental Ltd. is a small business in Sydney, NS. Our goal is to Sydney Tools and Equipment Rental’s is a new and growing business in Sydney NS. The company began with the intention of providing equipment rental for both construction and homeowner. The business grew much more quickly than we had anticipated. In response to that growth we are searching for a Retail Store Manager. The store manager will work closely with the Rental Manager who is responsible for overseeing the rental department of the business. The Retail Store Manager will report directly to the company president.· Basic Accounting Skills· Daily Sales/Cash Balancing· Provide Exceptional Customer Service!· Producing of Invoices and Cash Receipts· Train and Supervisor Staff as Required.· Count and Balance Inventory· Enter Inventory/SKU into Sales Software· Design Displays and Promotional Ideas for Business· More duties as needed and necessaryQualification· Degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience· Minimum three-year retail management experience· Knowledge of the construction industry and construction tools and material· Strong leadership and team management skills· Able to work productively with others.· Able to work unsupervised.· Strong leadership and team management skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.· Punctual and Dependable· Self-Motivated and AmbitiousJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
