Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an Office Administrator for our busy Real Estate Office in Sylvan Lake.We are a fast-paced Team Environment. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the team leader, and all real estate agents on the team.We consider this position to be a sensitive one requiring confidentiality with all company, personnel and customer matters and materials. The success of our company depends on the recognition and provision of professional, confidential services.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering the Main Office Phone Line
  • Processing of Contracts and all supporting documents
  • Uploading listings to the MLS system
  • Uploading and maintaining data in the CRM
  • Maintaining documentation in Dropbox
  • Basic Accounting Entries and Reconciliations
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Task Oriented
  • Self Motivated
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
  • Minimum 1yr Real Estate Administration experience
  • Minimum 1yr Accounting/Bookkeeping experience

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sylvan Lake, AB T4S 2P3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
  • Real Estate Administration: 1 year (preferred)
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
