Responsibilities
  • The Accounting/Administrative Assistant is responsible for helping with various accounting & administrative tasks, as well as greeting customers and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
  • Reconciling daily sales, receivables, cash deposits, and other junior accounting functions.
  • Answering calls, greeting customers, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Work cooperatively with the sales, parts & service teams.
  • Be actively involved in the social media activities of the dealership.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties, as required.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Excellent communication & computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office is a definite asset.
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor

  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
  • A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
