Strategically supporting the firm, our Administration team anticipates the needs of our team members and Partners. We effectively communicate information for service lines, industry and specialty groups, and operations at all levels throughout the firm. Our administrators support initiatives and ensure efficiency, allowing MNP to better serve our clients and people.ROLE @ MNP:ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlinesCourteously receive and screen all incoming calls and emailsGreet, assist and direct all visitors in a professional mannerReview, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriersPrepare, review and modify general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materialsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsCreate, maintain and update spreadsheetsFax, photocopy and scan documents as requiredAssist with projects and in the creation of presentations, as neededRecord minutes at various meetings and distribute or archive them accordinglyUphold electronic and paper filing systemsCoordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and travel arrangementsManage and coordinate multiple calendarsMaintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as requiredDevelop a thorough understanding of internal programs and processesContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesParticipate in coordination of team social eventsSkills and ExperienceCompletion of related post-secondary education in administration is an asset2 to 4 years of related administrative experienceStrong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointSome travel may be requiredMY REWARDS @ MNP:More than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
