Transport is currently seeking an HR/Safety Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for recruiting new employees, performing day-to-day HR tasks, as well as maintaining and implementing our current safety policies and procedures.Responsibilities: - Coordinate the recruiting, onboarding, and retention processes for employees- Interviewing potential job candidates- Develop and maintain job descriptions for postings on various recruitment sites- Leading safety meetings and safety committee- Maintaining ongoing safety incentives and programs- Monitoring driver safety programs- Reviewing and policing driver logs- General HR tasks as requiredMinimum Requirements: - Prior experience in transportation industry- Prior experience with HR/Safety role or combination of relevant education and experience- Ability to work well within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience/knowledge in transportation industry is highly recommended- Comfortable using various social media and recruitment platformsCompensation: - Company Health Spending plan after 3 months- Offers a competitive wage- Permanent Full-Time work, long term employmentContact us today to discuss future opportunities and set up an interview.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $4,000.00-$6,000.00 per monthSchedule:
