Duties include filling telephone orders, serving walk in trade, expediting material to complete customer requirements, processing invoices within customer/company guidelines, preparing quotations as required, Inventory Control, and upholding Baron’s corporate dedication to service excellence. Inside Sales personnel are required to participate in 24 hr on call schedules, and therefore must be familiar with all warehouse duties and safe work instructions/procedures for both warehouse and inside sales.Order Desk personnel required to use the Forklifts must complete a formal Industrial Lift Truck course prior to doing so. Other formal training may include H2S Alive, TDG, W.H.I.M.I.SP.P.E required for Inside Sales personnel is Steel Toe Boots.
