Duties: Assist Grounds Maintenance Technician, summer projects including demolition and prep work. Work within a team to complete preventative maintenance on air handling equipment as well as other related building infrastructure. Other duties to be determined.Hours: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, some weekends (schedule may vary) over time may be requiredQualifications: A valid driver’s license and criminal reference check are mandatory
