Affinity Group Canada is a well established successful and growing company that prides itself on being one of the premier food brokers in Canada.Since 1989, our success has been driven by the number of industry leading food manufacturers that we represent.We pride ourselves on having a dedicated sales team, strong customer service orientation, extensive product knowledge and a professional, challenging and rewarding work environment.Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced individual to join our team in our Richmond Hill office as an Administrative Team Lead to support the day to day needs of our our sales team and management group as well as oversee the day to day tasks of two team members.The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, excel in providing outstanding administrative support, we encourage you to submit your resume.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to sales team and management group
  • Oversee day to day of two other team members
  • Preparing tenders, program letters and rebates
  • Updating and maintaining CRM system
  • Various project support and maintenance
  • General office administration duties
The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills complemented by tact and diplomacy
  • Must be fluent in English written and oral communication
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Problem solving ability to resolve the day-to-day situations as they arise
  • Advanced Computer Skills, i.e. Word, Excel, and MS Outlook, CRM
  • Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow and work independantly
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
  • Motivated team player with a demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service,
  • Responsive to time-sensitive deadlines.
